There is additional seating for four in the living room at an extendable table.
Access an outdoor area to enjoy the use of a gas grill and stone patio area with seating and a wood pellet patio heater to enjoy an evening outside in warmer months.
Also on the main level is a powder room and a classy queen ensuite room with a sitting area and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A natural barn wood wall makes a unique mountain house accent leading to the downstairs. A family room on the lower level enjoys its own kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee station. Villa Notes
This home enjoys complimentary use of the shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted.
Driveway Parking for 2 Cars. The garage is not available for parking.
Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months.
This home does not have air conditioning. A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
Resort fee: 15% plus tax
Cleaning fees: $1,000 plus tax for 3 night stay. $215 per night for stays of 4 nights or more.
Please add 5% service charge during Christmas/ New Year's.
