Overview
This villa consists of a ground floor and three additional floors, with ample space for you and your guests to enjoy, whether this is a family holiday or with friends. The villa can comfortably fit up to 10 guests, with additional space available for up to 12.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and a spa which houses a Jacuzzi, sauna and toilet. The first floor comprises two neutral bedrooms with beautiful stone walls and two modern en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The third floor has a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and picturesque terrace overlooking the sea. All bedrooms come fitted with tv, so you can relax and enjoy the privacy of this luxury villa.
This villa comes with a private pool and secluded terrace where you can soak up the Croatian rays, which are known to reach up to 30 degrees in the height of summer. Villa Heli is located just 30 m from the clear blue sea of Brac Island and is close to the promenade to the Golden Horn, which is Brac Island’s most famous beach. The beach is definitely something you will visit, where you will see for yourself why it is known as one of the most beautiful in the world. There are many local restaurants and bars are located within 500 m.
