There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate 8 people very comfortably. Ocean Zero has three levels including a ground-level game room with a ping pong table, TV, board games and a seating area.

This well-equipped home offers a great floorplan for couples or families traveling together. The kitchen is top of the line with plenty of room to cook to make that great family dinner. There is an induction oven and cooktop plus a pot-filler faucet over the cooktop.

Ocean Zero is located only a 7 minute walk to the Gulf beaches and is made easier by a beach cart to carry all your beach items. The list of extra amenities is long: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach cooler, grill, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, ping pong table, outdoor shower, just to name a few items.

Get spoiled by the tropical pool setting surrounded by mature trees. The game room will keep everybody entertained. Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower and hop in the 30 x 10 ft pool or the spa for another refreshing moment. There is a gas grill to cook your catch of the day and also plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family. There is plenty of parking both in the garage and in the driveway.
