Sleeping up to eight guests in considerable comfort, this is a villa where one can enjoy the best of this part of the French Riviera in a quiet area, with picturesque views all around including over Biot and towards the surrounding mountains.

The villa is full of light with full air conditioning and all the modern amenities one would expect. The front door leads to a luminous living/dining area which is contemporary and tastefully furnished.

The highlights are the outside terraced areas: the living area has three large French doors that open to a terrace with Jacuzzi spa. There is also a 12 m x 5 m swimming pool with pool house, outdoor dining and barbecue. The bedrooms on the upstairs have a shared terrace with great views across to the sea.
