Located on a 250 hectare working wine estate in the heart of the nature of Var, between Aix En Provence and St Tropez, an authentic Provencal Chateau with its luxury 7 bedrooms.
Overview
It is an authentic Provencal Chateau with an elevator, wheelchair access and 7 luxurious bedrooms. If required, there is also a guest house for 2 couples and cozy bergerie for staff, nannies or teenagers (3 double bedrooms).
Accomodations
The main house has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard with Jerusalem stone flooring on ground floor and oak parquet on second and third level. It entirely air-conditioned, has 7 double bedrooms all en-suite plus a children’s room. This main house is suitable for wheelchair users. There is a lift between all three floors.
Ground Floor
Entrance is on the ground floor via a large entrance hall with a lift and large vestibule. At the back is a cloakroom with 2 toilets; a laundry room (2 washers, 2 dryers, and ironing station); store rooms; a private active wine cellar; and a walk-in safe.
On the South face, is a large salon with sofas and fireplace, and at the back an office with desk, WiFi Internet, printer, stereo music system, bookcase (many books in English). Then, there are: a second living/TV room (satellite TV, large flat screen) with fireplace; and a large dining room with fireplace and table for 20. Next is the fully equipped kitchen: 'LaCornue' cooker, many blenders, many fridges, TV, toaster, Nespresso machine, and at the back a scullery with large freezer-fridges, ice maker... The kitchen opens onto a terrace with 'Weber' BBQ, a round wrought iron table for 8 persons and a nice courtyard with aromatic plants.
In the West Wing, there is another living / playroom for teenagers and children with 2 large sofas, a large TV, many games and a guest toilet.
First Floor
