The house has very large, bright living spaces on one level.  Different living spaces have been created and there is plenty of space for everyone, a sitting room with a fireplace, television room, games room, dining room. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom with WC.

The 300 m² of living space all on one level including the entrance hall leading to the living room, with TV and a game area with a pool table and foosball table.  The spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with large windows opens out to the covered outdoor dining area.

The outside large garden is full of mature plants and trees providing plenty of shady areas to sit back and relax in. The South terrace provides a lovely shaded area to enjoy during the hot summer months.  The large swimming pool, surrounded by elegant comfortable sun-loungers, is just a dive away. The swimming pool is heated during spring and autumn. 

After a relaxing day by the pool, as the hot sun is setting, you can sit back in the comfortable outdoor sofas looking over the swimming pool, sipping a glass of chilled rosé or a locally made juice.  The sun sets, what about a game of petanque ….. Next to the petanque pitch sits a beautifully carved wooden table and chairs, designed by an artist, set in the shade of the majestic pine trees.  In the evening, enjoy an aperitif in the sitting area near the covered terrace, before enjoying delicious grilled meats and local vegetables, with a stunning view of the Alpilles hills.

St Remy-de-Provence, approximately 2 km away, is a charming classical little town. It is the capital of the Alpille that has all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants. With its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums. On Wednesdays, the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history, offering plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence which is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon. Arles, Nîmes, and Uzès are a few of the other towns you can easily visit in a day. At only a 45 minutes' drive to the east is the Luberon region and further south, featuring Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
