Villa Happy Blue consists of 210 square meters of living area with 1,000 square meters of terrace and pool area accommodating 6 to 8 guests.

The large living area opens out to the pool terrace, the garden and trees which creates a garden feeling inside
. The villa features generous, modern style furnishing and tasteful decor
 with a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast corner.  There is also a dining area with large table for 10, desk corner and guest cloakroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing area, shower room a water closet.  Bedrooms two and three have queen size beds and shower rooms with independent water closets. Both bedrooms lead onto the teak terrace.

There is an additional large lounge area /cinema room with two beds and two shower rooms which is Ideal for young adults/teenagers, friends for a night.

Outside there is a heated mirror pool of 12 x 4m with teak surrounding terrace with comfy seating area and dinning table to eat al fresco. An enclosed structured formal garden features olive trees and orange trees. There is parking for three cars plus a covered garage.
