The property is close to nature, you can combine oenological discoveries coupled with the beauty of the landscapes while discovering the most beautiful treasures of the region.  The villa is just a few minutes from the picturesque villages of Gassin & Ramatuelle, the beaches of Pampelonne and the mythical Saint-Tropez. An immersion in the heart of the vineyards for a total change of scenery and in complete privacy.

Accommodation capacity of 20 guests when the whole estate is booked.

The Bastide has six bedrooms, the guest house has two suites and the apartment has two double bedrooms.

La Bastide

Ground Floor

The entrance leads into an open-plan convivial dining room and kitchen. Across the hall is a small separate living room with fireplace. On the other side of the property with large bay windows overlooking the wine estate is a spacious lounge with fireplace and bread oven, with sitting and a long dining table and chairs. Cellar and office space completes the ground floor.

First Floor

Six double bedrooms, all en suite bathrooms with showers, washbasins and water closets. There is also a laundry room on this floor.

The Guest house

It consists of two suites with bathrooms, open plan kitchen, and a living room equipped with flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The house has its own terrace and a garden.

The Apartment

It consists of two bedrooms with king size beds (180 cm), flat screen TVs and high speed Wi-Fi. Two bathrooms with walk-in shower and private toilet. Fully equipped kitchen open plan with the living room and TV area. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs for lunch and dinner al fresco. Garden area with loungers.  It is equipped with flat screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.
