For stays between June 18-September 10 there is a 2 week minimum rental requirement. Exceptions may be allowed depending on the property and availability.
Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays only, unless agreed upon otherwise at the time of booking
Check-in time is from 1pm to 8pm
Check-out time is until 11am

All Villas in Mykonos, Greece are closed from November – April. Please note: because sewage pipes in Greece are approximately 2 inches in diameter, toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet.

A $249 Accidental Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.
Minimum Stay Details

3 Night minimum stay, except for holiday weeks which have a 7 night minimum stay. For guests wishing to stay during both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night minimum stay applies. For Christmas only, 7 nights are accepted if guests depart by December 29th. For New Year's only, 7 nights are accepted, but check in must be on December 27th. Minimum night stay may vary by villa. Please contact a villa specialist to confirm.
