This luxury villa has two living rooms, one with access to the pool and main kitchen (also opening to the pool area) and the other with independent access to outdoors sitting areas with impressive rock formations. There are two principal dining areas, one by the pool, completely protected from the wind and one inside with views to the pool and the sea. The house is surrounded by a stone wall, protecting it from the north winds and creating further secluded areas. The garden includes an olive grove and other plants. All Villas in Mykonos, Greece are closed from November – April. Please note: because sewage pipes in Greece are approximately 2 inches in diameter, toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet.

For stays between June 18-September 10 there is a 2 week minimum rental requirement. Exceptions may be allowed depending on the property and availability.
Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays only, unless agreed upon otherwise at the time of booking
