Among the three separate constructions, the main villa can accommodate 22 guests. Larger parties, up a maximum of 32 people, may rent at a supplement other room located in the adjacent two buildings.
Rather than drive your rental car to Florence, you may want to book a private driver with our dedicated concierge, or if you prefer, you may catch a public bus and ride for an hour into the city – the bus stop only 200 meters away. It is far more convenient than driving through the outskirts and the Limited Traffic Zones of Florence with the risk of getting an expensive ticket. You also get to enjoy the views of the Tuscan countryside from your private car with driver, or bus. The traditional look of Davinia, with brick walls, hearty, neutral tones and perfectly kept original arches, suits those who are looking for authenticity and old-world charm. Welcome to Tuscany!

Ground Floor:
The spacious communal spaces – an inviting living room with large TV, and a dining area – occupy the center of this floor. A commercial grade fully-equipped kitchen is conveniently adjacent to the patio. A guest bathroom is also on this floor.
First Floor:
Welcoming sitting room with a massive fireplace.
OUTDOOR FEATURES
Enjoy the panoramic views of the valleys and vineyards from the central furnished patio. The large swimming pool is set in a terraced ground below, reachable via comfortable stairs. There is an outdoor bar and also a barbecue area for entertaining al fresco.
