This property is located within walking distance to the medieval town of Panzano, and conveniently set between Florence and Siena. Many interesting villages, such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, and Greve in Chianti, are within short driving distance. The estate where Villa Erinda is built includes also Villa Fleda, which can be booked separately or together as an 11-bedroom accommodation.
A comfortable modern living room along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area occupy this floor which provides direct access to the terrace. On a mezzanine is an additional reading corner. Besides the beautiful interiors, Villa Erinda provides its guests with the ultimate comfort, ideal for enjoying with friends or family.
Outdoors is a pergola with an outdoor kitchen and a spacious table for enjoying al fresco dining. There is a large hot tub positioned in a panoramic nook of the garden.

Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
