Apartment Gustavita fits right in: a well-appointed townhouse distributed on two floors, with independent entrance from the street. It is immersed in a very pleasant private garden, ideal to relax or play, which provides a verdant atmosphere for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a more nature-friendly accommodation.

The elegant open plan living room also includes a dining area, creating the perfect multi-functional space. The seating area with large satellite TV features a plush comfortable sofa and the dining area on one side is provided with a beautiful antique dining set that can host up to eight guests. The adjacent kitchen area is fully equipped for the most expert food enthusiasts.
OUTDOOR FEATURES
The well-designed living room opens onto a private garden equipped with a murmuring fountain, a table for dining al fresco, and lounge chairs to enjoy the sunny days, or the Tuscan starry nights. At the end of the garden, a fitness room with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, and free weights at disposal.
The house is on a very quiet street. Ponte Vecchio, Boboli Garden, Santa Maria Novella Train Station, and Piazza della Repubblica are less than 1 mile away. Basically, guests will have the city at their feet!
