The villa is located in the exclusive gated community of El Encanto with stunning views of the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez! Relax and watch the whales swim by from November thru April. Enjoy your wine or favorite margarita in the sunken fire pit in the middle of the pool!

The moon is amazing and the stars are incredible! Inside there are five full bedrooms, a home office, home theater, a game room with bar, air hockey, and foosball for the kids, and a disco ball for fun times at night!
