Casa Maya Kaan is the ultimate space for one to escape, be inspired and find their breath again. Located on the boarder just outside of Tulum, Sian Ka’an is one of the most unique and rare wilderness sanctuaries in the world. This private residence is surrounded by water, the front of the property rests on one of the most pristine and hidden white-sand coves, whilst the property backs the spectacular emerald Sian Ka’an lagoon. While the front of the property houses the second longest reef in the world, home to many of our friendly and favorite sea friends - dolphin, stingrays and turtles (best seen in the early hours of the morning). The untamed and lush jungle that surrounds the property provides a comforting balance of shade and natural beauty, all whilst enhancing our experience through the local birdsongs.

Tulum town is a 20-30 min drive or boat ride as our property is located 10km inside of the Biosphere. So you are truly secluded and nestled in nature all while being where one feels like a home away from home.

Casa Maya Kaan offers great seclusion and privacy, as well as convenient access to a vast selection of activities and attractions. This villa also includes a number of activities onsite: kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkel equipment, volleyball and racket ball. Based on your desires, we offer powerful experiences for your internal journeys, such as yoga, temazcal, breathwork sessions, ice baths, sound healing, intimate concerts and ceremonies. We also tailor celebratory itineraries, to include neighboring adventures such as hikes to deep rainforest cenotes, touring ancient and sacred Mayan pyramids and boat tours to visit the native animals, birds and sea creatures (manatees, dolphins, turtles) of the reserve. Kitchen Service

Nourish in exquisite earth-to-plate cuisine at Casa Maya Kaan. Although the house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, we suggest utilizing our in house Chef and kitchen staff for your stay. Our executive and international cuisine Chef prepares all meals daily, either customized to your requests or through our fixed menu. Our staff take pride in creating food that not only presents with beauty and elegance but with exquisite flavor as well. We work to ensure that your stay is one of relaxation and enjoyment. Please note that soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are not included in our food prices and are charged separately.
