Princes Street, George Street, St Andrew’s Square, and Multrees Walk provide excellent shopping facilities, and a wide variety of restaurants and other local amenities are all located within easy walking distance.

Pleasant walks can be enjoyed nearby along the Water of Leith walkway, Inverleith Park, and the Royal Botanic Gardens, and convenient road access to the west leads to the city bypass, Edinburgh International Airport, and central Scotland’s motorway network.
