On the main level, the living room welcomes you in a large and comfortable space furnished with spacious sofas, under the ceiling opening onto the upper level. The dining room is ideal for having meals in a soft, luxurious and refined decor. The kitchen is perfect to prepare your meals and drinks, unless you prefer to call upon a private chef who can cook in a second kitchen especially designed for this purpose. There is also an entertainment room with a TV, a bar and a pool table, as well as a private disco room for late nights.
On the terrace, the panorama over the bay and the ocean is incredible, as far as your eyes can see. The outdoor facilities are exceptional: there is a large heated infinity swimming pool (30 meters long), an outdoor lounge, sunbeds and an alfresco dining room for your meals in the gentle trade winds. All is beautiful and majestic, in a nice setting of exotic tropical vegetation.
The luxury villa Neo welcomes you in six superb air-conditioned suites spread over the two levels of the property. Two of the bedrooms connect, although each has its own bathroom. They feature spacious dressing rooms, sitting areas, access to the terrace and whirlpool tubs and materials such as marble and mosaic. Five bedrooms open onto the panoramic view, while one room opens back onto the patio.
